Auditdata FTP Service Announcement

Auditdata has previously launched an FTP service for customers. Using the FTP protocol for data transfer is for some IT organizations restricted by local IT policies. In such cases you may not get a response when trying to connect according to the Auditdata FTP Service guidelines. The problem may then be with your local IT systems. Please contact your local IT department and present them with the Auditdata FTP Service document found below. The IT department can then evaluate if they can allow your needed FTP access or not.
