Appointment book

With the AuditBase System each staff member is equipped with his/her own electronic time manager in which you can book even complex recurrent appointments. Each staff member will be notified either at log in or on screen of new appointments or tasks, helping them to optimize their work flow.

Monitor client progress

The tools available in the appointment book, make it possible to monitor a client's progress at the clinic. The statuses to be associated with an appointment can be e.g. A/arrived, C/cancelled, L/left, DNA/did not arrive. To save time, one status can be chosen as the default status when booking appointments. The booking screen can be set to automatically refresh according to your clinic's needs, so you are always looking at the most up to date information.

Quick overview

Each booking holds the following information to provide a quick overview:

  • date and time
  • timetable and appointment symbol
  • letter printed or orally notified; marked with X
  • status; can be selected from list and will thus show after client/reservation name
  • if the appointment/reservation involves resources other than the one showing in appointment book
  • reason for the appointment
  • the appointment's outcome status
  • further information about appointment, e.g. special preparations to be made by audiologist in advance
  • option to display diagnoses attached to each appointment

 

Further, the user can compute the length of the queue and book patients for the ENT specialist, the audiologist or for ear-mould testing.

Multi resource planning

The extensive planning facilities make it possible to co-ordinate a large number of resources. You can schedule a timetable for just yourself or include more resources, which also gives you easy access to recurrence options.

 

For a quick overview of today's appointments, you can use the Appointment Day view module that will list appointments for a specific day including the stage they are in (Started, In process or Finalized).
