Client records

Is it really practical to replace your current client file system with electronic client records? Maybe? maybe not. But there is no doubt that some office functions can be performed more efficiently and accurately if at least some client information is available in electronic form. And more electronic client information means more opportunity to automate office functions.

Storing client information

Mirage is can store a large collection of client information including:

  • Basic information about the client's identity, name, client number, birthday, ID numbers (such as Social Security Number in the US), and even a photo image of the client.
  • Address, phone numbers, and e-mail.
  • Medical information such as referring physician, insurance coverage, and medical background.
  • Audiograms and other hearing test results transferred directly from NOAH-compatible measurement modules.
  • Hearing aid fitting data stored by NOAH-compatible fitting modules
  • A complete history of chart notes, appointments, purchases, repairs and other activities performed with or for the client.

One clear advantage of electronic client records is accessibility. Mirage allows you to find a record using a simple search based on the client's last name or using more complex search criteria, such as hearing aid serial number. And with Mirage, any record can be retrieved instantly at a computer located anywhere in any office or even at an off-site location.
