Storing marketing-related information for clients and prospects

Mirage can help by storing marketing-related information for both clients and prospective clients. Mirage keeps track of the original and on-going referral sources. Mirage also allows you to record whether authorization has been given to contact the client or prospect either by mail or phone.

Target mailing lists

You can use Mirage to target mailings to just those clients who are most likely to benefit from them. First, Mirage provides tools to query the client database with a variety of search criteria including address, most recent visit, current hearing aids, and many others. Then Mirage presents a list of clients who match the query, and merges address information into the desired marketing template. A set of standard templates; birthday cards, thank you letters, and so on are supplied with Mirage. These standard templates are authored in Microsoft Word and Excel so it is a simple exercise to modify them or to create entirely new ones.

Effectiveness analysis

Furthermore, since Mirage allows you to record a referral source for each appointment, it is possible to analyze the effectiveness of each physician relationship or promotional activity to determine where your marketing dollars are being wisely-spent.
