We are looking for a self-motivated, independent, decisive, results-oriented, and professionally qualified candidate to fill the role of Technical Support Specialist. Primary responsibilities for this position will be to provide front-line support for our Office Management System, Business Analytics, and Cloud solutions as well as the for the Primus audiometer, followed by the training and implementation services, as well as account management services to the clients around the globe.
Regular core hours for this position will be from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm Monday through Friday, with on call duties as required. Any other languages spoken would be an asset.
