Position overview

We are looking for an enthusiastic person that is ready to take on a job role as implementation manager in Australia. The desired candidate will be part of Auditdata’s Professional Service team, who provides implementation, trainingand project management to customers. There is no specific requirement in terms of location and the primary job focus will be on customer projects related to our Aurora practice management software solutions and Primus fitting and measurement solution as well as business analytics. The ideal candidate has solid insight into the systems that are typically used in audiology clinics and is preferably a great communicator with a technical background.


  • Implementation and project management of Aurora/Primus/Business Analytics solutions
  • Deliver high quality solutions to customers, partners and super users
  • Change management of customer features
  • Assist with second line support to customers and partners including support in resolving complex IT issues
  • Assist the handling of customer training, support tickets and communication of product updates with high customer satisfaction


  • Align with customer expectations and handle project implementations from request to delivery
  • Verify new product/customer releases
  • Get feedback from customers regarding implementations
  • Assist customer input within a support system according to Auditdata’s service procedures
  • Handle customer requests via email, phone and channels
  • Assist customer training (new, super/end users, partners etc.), perform demos on- and off-site
  • Document solutions, maintain and assist in expanding the product knowledgebase along with troubleshooter, user guides and training materials


  • Experience with software solutions for customers
  • IT knowledge
  • Project Management
  • SQL knowledge including understanding of database structures
  • Product knowledge with the ability to cover Simply Hearing Aurora and Primus (plus Business Analytics over time)
  • Proactive, patient, service minded with the ability to work both independently and within a team environment
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
