## Do you integrate with DocuSign or Adobe Acrobat Sign?

Not by default. If required, we’ll assess via a scoped integration project.

## Is e-signature supported for HSP?

Yes—Auto-signature on HSP claims in Australia applies authorized signatures automatically.

## Do you offer built-in approvals for claims?

Yes—Internal HSP Claim Approval in Australia and Internal ACC Claim Approval in New Zealand add a “Ready to review” step; Partial claim approval the US and Australia lets you hold specific lines while awaiting additional documentation.

## Can we partially approve a claim?

Yes, in the US and Australia. This means clinics can promptly submit completed claims to accelerate collections..

## Is there an audit trail for approvals/signatures?

Approvals occur inside the claim workflow with role control and recorded steps. (Use this for governance; avoid implying legal e-signature logs on PDFs.)

## What about remote e-sign or text-to-sign?

Not included today. Survey signatures are in-clinic; PDF e-sign and remote workflows are not part of Manage 11.5.
