# Auditdata Appoints Christoffer Spangenberg as New CEO

After seven years at Auditdata, Christoffer Spangenberg takes over as CEO. His ambition is to make Auditdata the most innovative software provider to the global hearing care industry. Danish software company Auditdata has appointed a new Chief Executive Officer. Christoffer Spangenberg assumes the role on September 25, 2026, succeeding Kurt Bager, who is leaving the company.

Spangenberg currently serves as Chief Commercial Officer and Head of Delivery. Since 2019 he has led Auditdata's commercial activities and delivery organization, and has been closely involved in the company's largest international partnerships and in the development of its products and platforms.

As CEO, his focus will be the technology that hearing care clinics and hospitals depend on as patient volumes grow faster than the resources to meet them.

The hearing care industry is under increasing pressure to help more patients with fewer resources, and the right technology makes a meaningful difference. Auditdata has a strong position, deep industry expertise, and close customer relationships. My goal is to build on that foundation and make Auditdata the most innovative software provider to the global hearing care industry.

**Background**

Christoffer Spangenberg has held senior leadership roles as CEO and CCO at international SaaS and IT companies including Tia Technology, Experian, Addition and SAS Institute, with both global and European responsibility.

He holds a master's degree in economics from the University of Copenhagen and an Executive MBA from IMD in Lausanne, Switzerland.

Kurt Bager hands over leadership after a period of expansion for Auditdata.
