Hearing healthcare retailers are struggling to cope with the disruption caused by COVID-19. It’s bad for retail clinics as store traffic has dropped. This is leaving the industry concerned. Especially since the largest population served in hearing health care are older patients.
To address this we have fast-tracked development of a Tele-Health module which integrates seamlessly within the appointment module of our Aurora practice management software. This module enables clinics to meet virtually with patients. We have chosen to make it available free of charge for an initial period to support our customers through this difficult time.
