"Auditdata is committed to comply with all national law as well as the relevant laws of the countries in which it operates. Beside protection of customer information concerning our mutual agreement and any customer’s confidential business information we learn about, it is of upmost importance that information on private individuals and their health information is dealt with as highly confidential information.

There must exist procedures on how information including privacy related information – such as health information – shall be handled, kept, send and destroyed. In all cases such information must be dealt with upmost care. ll relevant staff will be provided with training to ensure that they understand the policy and the procedures it has put into place to implement the policy. Disciplinary process may be invoked in circumstances where this policy is disregarded, whether or not it results in severe circumstances."
