Auditdata has secured a major partnership with U.S.-based Oaktree Products, a leading provider of clinical supplies and excellent customer service to the hearing care industry. Starting today, Oaktree will resell and support Auditdata’s Measure and Engage to its large roster of customers.
Oaktree Products and Auditdata: Best-in-Class Care, Delivered With Zero Downtime
Since 1992, Oaktree Products has been the leading multi-line distributor of clinical supplies to the U.S. hearing care industry. Family-owned and trusted by more than 10,000 customers, Oaktree carries over 6,000 products chosen for one reason: quality that hearing care professionals can rely on. So when Oaktree set out to expand its diagnostic portfolio, it held any new partner to a high bar.

The Challenge
Hearing care professionals depend on accurate, well-maintained equipment. Audiometers, like all medical devices, require regular calibration to stay accurate and compliant, and in some markets annual calibration is required by law. But calibration has long carried a hidden cost: downtime. Every day a clinic's equipment is out for servicing is a day it cannot see patients.
Oaktree needed diagnostic solutions that met its standards for quality, and that solved the downtime problem for the clinics it serves.
The Partnership
In February 2023, Oaktree partnered with Auditdata to resell and support two of its core solutions:
Measure, a portfolio of audiological equipment run by advanced software, giving clinics accurate testing and standardized clinical workflows.
Engage, a portable self-screening solution that helps clinics pre-qualify prospects and generate leads with less staff effort.
"We are excited to partner with Auditdata to provide our Oaktree customers with some of the most cutting-edge and elegant diagnostic equipment solutions on the market. As an independent, family-owned business, we pride ourselves in being an objective and trusted resource to our customers. We're thrilled to now include Auditdata's products into our portfolio and believe clinicians will appreciate these well-designed solutions."
A.U. Bankaitis, PhD Clinical Audiologist and Vice President, Oaktree Products
Expanding the Partnership: SWAP Calibration
Building on that foundation, Oaktree and Auditdata expanded the relationship to bring the Auditdata SWAP calibration service to the U.S. Under the agreement, Oaktree now manages calibration for all Auditdata equipment across the American market.
SWAP takes downtime out of the calibration process entirely:
Calibrated transducers ship to the clinic ahead of the old ones' due date.
Staff plug in the new transducers and are ready for the next patient.
The expired transducers go back by mail, with no disruption to service.
"We support our hearing clinic customers with our Auditdata SWAP service, now available in the U.S. through Oaktree Products. Calibrated transducers are shipped to your clinic well in advance of the due date. You plug in the new transducers, and you're ready for your next patient without any interruption. It's truly that simple."
