Our newest offering, AI-powered Notes Assistant – an advanced AI tool designed to streamline notetaking and documentation – is just one of many investments Auditdata is making in future technology.
Since 33% of clinic time is lost to documentation, we have started investing in solving one of the industry’s biggest pain points. Notes Assistant will reduce administrative burden, allowing clinicians to save time, work more efficiently, improve accuracy, and deliver consistently high-quality patient care. Notes Assistant is a speech-to-text function where AI captures consultations and structures notes securely within the workflow. This tool is fully embedded into Auditdata’s Practice Management Software (PMS), Manage, which eliminates double data entry, copy/paste errors, and related compliance risks.
Notes Assistant captures consultation conversations in real time, transcribes them accurately, identifies key information, and automatically populates journal templates, standardized reports, or letters. This sophisticated solution significantly reduces repetitive documentation tasks, saving hearing care professionals an estimated 30–60 minutes per day. As a result, clinicians can spend less time documenting patient records and more time focusing on their patients.
Notes Assistant offers clear value for clinicians and patients, and will:
- Save significant time (an average of 30-60 minutes per day) on administrative tasks.
- Allow clinicians to spend more time on patient care, improving the patient experience.
- Help clinicians provide consistently high-quality care.
- Ensure that all records are complete, accurate, and compliant.
