Sales Coordinator in Auditdata

Do you like to create order in chaos? Then we need you to keep track of the pieces.

We are looking for a structured Sales Coordinator to help ensure that all sales are invoiced, including following up on deliveries, ensuring documentation for invoicing and reminding customers for payment.

We are expanding our IT subscription business with great speed and the administrative processes and IT tools must keep up. You will be responsible for the administrative tasks once the sellers have sold a new subscription agreement. In addition, we are about to implement a new ERP system (Business Central), a project you will also be a part of. The role is new, and you will be able to set your mark on the role.

You must have the skills to help create order in chaos and enjoy being in an environment where the processes changes, what you did yesterday may not be what you need to do today - but at the same time you are the one ensuring that the tasks always get done.

You will work closely with our sales team, while being part of the Finance team with reference to the CFO.

Main responsibilities:

  • Setup new subscription agreements in invoicing system.
  • Prepare for invoicing, e.g. obtain Purchase Orders from customers etc.
  • Keep track of implementation projects to ensure ongoing invoicing of consulting hours to our customers.
  • Reconcile active licenses with invoicing.
  • Debtor follow-up.
  • Follow up on product consumption in relation to new sales and sales between our subsidiaries.
  • Other accounting tasks and assistance with billing hardware sold to our customers.

You are:

  • Structured, proactive, able to have many tasks at once and make sure all tasks are solved even when challenges arise.
  • Service-minded towards the sales team, but also firm when it is needed.
  • Innovative; enjoys being part of a “start-up” culture where not all processes or guidelines are set, why you will be part of creating them.
  • Good with numbers and good at English in both writing and speaking.
  • Experience from a similar position.

  • A 30-year-old company with a start-up culture, informal tone, and we help each other get to the end of the tasks.
  • Approx. 120 employees spread across offices in Denmark, England, Ukraine, Canada, United States and Australia.
  • Approx. 35 in Denmark at our brand new office in Christianshavn.
