Practice Navigator is currently used by 56 NHS public audiology clinics in the UK.
The agreement is a so-called asset buy-out where Auditdata has acquired not only the software itself from Sivantos, but also all related services and support. As part of the agreement, three employees will also be transferred to Auditdata’s UK team, where they will continue to support customers as they have done so far, only under the umbrella of a new company.
Kurt Bager, CEO of Auditdata said: ”Practice Navigator has a new home now and we look forward to support our new customers. We expect the transfer will be seamless, and customers will continue to deal with the team they already know. In the longer term we believe the many synergies between Practice Navigator and our Auditbase products will provide customers with a more competitive offering including new opportunities in terms of integration possibilities and functionality.”
Auditdata has been working with public audiology clinics since 1992, and its Auditbase clinic management system is widely recognised as the industry standard for clinic management in the public audiology and hearing care setting. In Northern Europe and the UK, for example, more than 80% of public audiology clinics use the system to handle daily tasks and deliver fast and efficient patient treatment.
