Impedance testing equipment interfaces effortlessly with Auditbase allowing you to keep all of your results in one place. Once you have carried out your hearing test protocols, the results are saved directly in Auditbase where you can add notes or more specialised information.

You can also perform counselling with phoneme and world sounds overlays and hearing loss trend graphs. Your saved audiograms and tympanometry data can be printed or used in reports.

We continue to do so today, holding regional Auditbase User Groups meetings every year. At these meetings, our users discuss the quality and features of recent Auditbase releases and give input to future features.

In this way, we ensure that Auditbase keeps evolving in the right direction, which is the direction our users want and need.

Continuous customer care

We also make sure that it isn’t just members of our user groups who have a say in how Auditbase develops. Each year we send out a customer care survey to all our customers so that they can give input to the quality and standard of not just Auditbase, but also our employees. We dedicate ourselves to keeping a high standard of customer care throughout our company.
